In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.

The company “Les Cuirs de Belfeuil - Belfeuil Leathercraft” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of the company “Les Cuirs de Belfeuil - Belfeuil leathercraft” until full payment of the price.

Attention: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

Article 5 : Retention of title clause

Article 6 : Livraison

Shipments of articles are made by post, colissimo service with delivery against signature, follow-up and ad valorem insurance. The applicable rates and delivery times will be communicated to you before confirming your order.In the case of international shipments, other carriers may be offered.

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated beforehand by the customer by sending an email or by the form of the personalized orders.

For any error of delivery information communicated during the placing of your order, the company “Les Cuirs de Belfeuil - Belfeuil leathercraft” invites you to contact as soon as possible because your order is likely to have been shipped and the company “Les Cuirs de Belfeuil - Belfeuil leathercraft” will not be held responsible for the refusal of delivery by the carrier or for the risk of loss in the event that it is not returned to its sender.

Article 7 : Refund and Return Policy

Once a deposit has been paid for the validation of an order or the reservation of an internship, the customer undertakes to complete the payment of the entire amount within the deadlines requested by “Les Cuirs de Belfeuil” i.e. 15 days at the latest before the date of commencement of the work. No deposit refund will be made.

Article 8 : Force majeure and disputes

As such, force majeure means any external event, unpredictable and irresistible within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.
